Sizing Chart : Measure the circumference around the area causing pain and take one size lower. Please take measurement during or just after training when your muscle are pumped. Example : 11 inch arm => Sizing : 10 inch 9,5 inch arm => Sizing : 9 inch for support, 8 for compression
